Commission:
Room Rates are NET, non-commissionable.
Payment Schedule:
· Deposit – A non-refundable deposit in the amount equal to the contracted value of the first night of total guest rooms is required in order to confirm reservations.
· Final Payment – Remaining balance in the amount equal to the contracted value of the total cost of group stay is required sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
Rooming List – Rooming List is due thirty (30) days prior to group arrival.
Credit Card Deposit – Upon check-in, guests must present individual credit cards for their incidental charges.
